Preferential treatment to landlords, could not care less about the tenants. Not a good experience dealing with those as opposed to Andrews whom were much better organized, professional and attentive to details that are also in the tenants interests.
Avoid at any cost. Notorious for extorting money! Wish there was a 0 star option. Agencies like these should never be open in the first place to avoid unpleasant customer experience!
I was expecting trouble considering the reviews on here, but I actually had quite a pleasant experience with The Property Outlet. They were always quick to fix an issue and promptly replied to all messages and notified us of any inspections/visits. The fees are a bit extortionate as with most letting agents nowadays. The house wasn't the cleanest when we moved in but they did send out cleaners again which is positive and at the end of the tenancy they did not deduct anything that wasn't necessary from the deposit. It's worth noting that I was a student tenant too.
All money grabbers, any tenants looking to rent I advise you stay far away from this agency. Horrible communication with tenants, rude people and generally awful experiences renting with this company. Even the manager was unprofessional and tries falsely claiming whatever they can to take your money. Attempt to charge tenants for problems with houses which already existed before moving in, they love to glue broken things back together, very professional.
These estate agents don't seem to be able to comprehend the simplest of communication. I've been trying to sort an issue out with them for over a week now, they fail to get back to me when they said they would, I'm constantly being told they'll talk to their director to sort the issue but nothing is coming of it. They just state 'this is really confusing'... I have explained the situation in basic, clear English on several occasions and yet the confusion still resides in their minds. I'm also very upset with their lack of understand and willingness to help my situation. Highly would not recommend!
