Highly recommend joining if you're looking to learn a new skill to protect yourself or protect another, improve your fitness or if you want to be part of an amazing team. Expect to be pushed to new boundaries, make new friends, wear bruises with pride (and lots of them) but most importantly, enjoy the laughter.
Best club in Bristol. Very good structure to every session from technical skills to strength and conditioning. Great for all around fitness and whilst learning Krav in the way Imi intended. First class.
It's hard to find a decent and 'authentic' Krav Maga club these days. but BKM (KMG) is exactly that. Fantastic lessons, professional and knowledgeable instructors delivering quality material from a genuine source. Highly recommended.
