I am very pleased. Reception is friendly and waiting area is relaxing and comfortable and me dentist I s great talking me through every step of the way and ensuring Im ok throughout treatment. Restored my faith in dentist again. Thank you.
DO NOT GO HERE.The dentist was very patronising & answered me back rudley when I asked her a question. She just wanted me in & out and just wasnt a pleasant experience.I had plaque removed behind my teeth and Ive come out with painful gums as the dentist took NO care in doing this & painfully jabbed by gums which are now very red.The receptionist walked in as the appointment was going on which shouldnt have happened. The dentist should have been called out rather than having a conversation mid appointment.Honestly I do not recommend going here.
I am new this dentist and so far have been messed about. As everyone knows it takes weeks to get an appointment.I am booked in for a root canal and was due to have an appointment last week after to waiting 8 weeks. This to my surprise was then cancelled due to my dentist being off sick.I was then able to re book my appointment for today as I stressed I would be going away at the weekend and needed it doing. To my frustration it has been cancelled again due to my dentist being off sick again!!!!I build myself every time to visit the dentist as I get so nervous.Here is a suggestion....why dont you get some relief staff for these occasions?! So you dont have to keep messing people about.Not impressed!
Awful dentist. I had a check up and mentioned a temporary filling, the next day the filling and part of the tooth came off! I rang for an emergency appointment and they gave me one a week later. I was then 7 minutes late and they refused to see me! Despite they did not have another appointment for another 10 minutes and there's was not one person in there! I have waited 30 minutes for my appointment before in their waiting room! They also continually cancel your appointment then complain you don't go! Avoid at all costs!
Receptionist is very condescending, telling me off as if I am a child because I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. She also rolled her eyes at me for being maternity except again.On the other hand the dentists that treated me were pleasant.Additional info: cant call and make appointment during lunch hour as they block incoming calls during their lunch break.
