The most useless and unhelpful reception staff. Get referred to both this practice and their other Filton practice by the NHS 111 service to be told that I can't receive emergency treatment as I am not a registered patient (despite them recommending I call 111) . When asked if I could be signed up as a patient I get told that I can but the first available appointment would be in a month's time.... So you have to wait a month for a emergency appointment?!? Sort of takes the urgency out of the word emergency

Never had my appointments cancelled. Been going there for over 13 years. No problems.
All I will say do not register if you like to have your appointments consistently cancelled so one of the dentist can finish early. They also do not follow up with recommendations such as one minute you have gum disease and no appointment comes through. To when you go back no sign of it! Complete ineffecticy as a business goes and poor customer service!
