Fantastic service at this post office.. I actually make an effort to always go to this post office even though not always convinient as the main guy there is always friendly, helpful and considerate. I always see him helping customers out with a smile on his face! Couldn't recommend enough
Always helpful when in the past Ive asked for help filling out passports driving licence etc...family run place with newsagents attached to it ...
Visited today 28th Feb, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. While I was there, I observed the head post master do all he could to help a family who had lost their passports. Would recommend this post office to all.
Disgusting customer service. NOT child friendly. Treat you like a shop lifter. Was asked to leave the shop because my son put a pack of stickers up his tshirt (being kids) which I would have removed as soon as the queue had gone down & my children's passports were sorted. I mentioned I would remove before we left the shop but staff said my son had already shop lifted since he had put them up his tshirt so I should leave. The first time I went into the shop my son picked up a kinder egg and staff behind the postoffice shouted over the general public to inform me but I had allowed him to get the chocolate. I have NEVER been treated so badly! Disgusting post office
This is my Post Office of choice for posting parcels. They can offer Royal Mail and Parcel Force services which means you can use whatever service is cheaper. Not all Post Offices offer Parcel Force. The Postmaster knows all the services available and is happy to advise on the one to use to give you the best value for money.
