I have been visiting reptile zone now for over 6yrs. My kids & I love it. The experience of this place is second to none. Friendly & experienced advice given along with some fantastic hand on time with many of the reptiles there. We have had two birthday parties there now, the latest being yesterday which was truly amazing for my 11yr old daughter & her friends. We had a tour around the venomous snakes & all the crocs & gators. They loved every bit of it. They had Birthday cakes too which was a fab ending to our visit. Looking forward to returning soon.
I took my 2 year old to Reptile Zone yesterday. Chris and the staff made sure she had an unforgettable experience. We did the crocodile and snake tour and she loved Frank the chameleon. Thanks Chris and the team at RZ.
We spent a brilliant couple of hours doing the crocodile and venomous snake tour yesterday. Tom was really knowledgeable and patient and we got to handle snakes and chameleons as well as giving Ali G a cuddle! Would recommend a visit. Thank you for a fab afternoon.
We attended Reptile Zone for a party. It was a brilliant experience which the children clearly loved. I was able to handle a Bearded Dragon and fell in love. Having spoken to Pete I decided to make a purchase. Our Dragon is 4 months old and has a beautiful temperament. Pete has been fantastic and very knowledgeable. No question is left answered. I would highly recommend Reptile Zone above other reptile retailers - I have previously purchased a reptile in poor health at another location in Bristol
My partner and I love this place , Pete, Chris and the rest of the team will always go out of their way to help you. Pete is very knowledgeable and this clearly isn't just a job for him. We can't fault the service here they are amazing! We have visited multiple times and now feel we have made friendships here. Their live food stock seems to last a lot longer than other places too. I would highly recommend for any reptile supplies or purchasing any reptile, we would never buy from anywhere else.
