I wish I had been told about 'Goto IT' earlier, it would have saved me buying a new computer!! Rather than throw away my old computer I decided that it was worth spending up to 100 trying to get it going again and having a spare computer. I had fitted a new hard drive but just could not get the computer to connect to the internet again even with a lot of help from the Samsung chat line and from computer literate friends. Well 'Goto IT' exceeded my expectations! They got my old computer fully functioning again for only 70. Not only did they get it connected to the internet , they also worked with me asking all the right questions to help me find and reactivate an existing Norton account and downloading Office products that I also had a licence for. The result is that my old computer is now fully functioning again and loaded up with all the latest software. This was all done in one afternoon. I cannot praise them highly enough. Great service and know what they're doing
Very friendly chaps. I have taken my laptop with screen flickering problem. They identified it's a cable problem which was not available within UK as the laptop was old model and purchased in India. So they have given back my laptop intact and not a penny charged though they spent time on it.
Sam and Graham, these are the Guys you need to see if you have any problem with your Laptop.Went to Apple store with my Mac and they recommended some guys to me who Im not going to mention here, however they did a free diagnosis for me and quoted me a Ridiculous amount to fix my laptop.I googled and found good reviews about GOTO IT and I couldnt be anymore satisfied with their service, every 5* Review you may read about these guys are true! Thats all I can say.
