I was registered with this surgery for a few years until I moved and actually they are quite efficient and staff are friendly - I have had a few on-going issues regarding appointments like anyone else , but as I attended for mainly medical reviews and I preferred to call in and speak to people in person, it did seem to work better - the issues I had were resolved (e.g. being asked to come for a review and not enough clinics being set up and not being to set an appointment, and then suing the travel service and the form being "lost" when I knew I had handed it in and being told they do not offer the service when the did but luckily I had allowed plenty of timeThe asthma nurse was great and was allowed to prescribe so saving seeing a doctor and usually no problem getting a flu jabThey have had a change of GPs in the last couple of years which could not have been easy for all concerned including reception staff but this was resolved and things settled down
Ive only ever had good experiences with doctor Hutchings who has now left the surgery. Every other doctor treats you like a child and dismisses every complaint as being over dramatic. Its also impossible to get an appointment unless you ring first thing in the morning and ask for an emergency appointment.
Awful, doctor didnt ask about symptoms and asumed i would know how much liquid i would need for a certain medication. Disgusting waiting times and the attitude of the Doctor was very rude and patronising. Will be changing GP surgery very soon. My children have already been moved as this surgery nearly cost my son his life.
Alway had good exsperiece going here and doctors are always really helpful
Got an appointment quicly and lots of help from the receptionist.impressed as my previous surgery was not like this.
