Went to have pedicure and owner Nelly tried a to put up the price of my treatment even though it was written down st the salon ie she tries to get a few more pounds for EVERYTHING! I was surprised She used cold water in foot spa also - I guess to save money but then out in warm when I mentioned it. Very small and smiley but do not trust her I am sorry to say. For my hair colour; it did not work but woman doing my hair seems ok and said she would do it again - we agreed I would revisit 3 days later. It was very inconvenient but I was polite and did not blame the salon. BUTthe salon was closed on the day I was meant to have my hair redone and the mobile for the salon would not connect (not my phone I used it all day). I had to visit the salon to re arrange ie could not ring. I was given mobile number of woman who does hair and we agreed next week ie less than a week later But I got a call from Nelly telling me that because time had gone bymy hair had grown and I would be charged TEN POUNDS more!!!!!I pointed out that the delay was not my fault and she impolitely said 0K But be careful next time! I could not believe that I was ring bullied but even worse none of the delay was my fault. Shocking. Nelly also told me, during my manicure, that I needed a pedicure EVERY WEEK!!! More money for her if cours.. This salon is very near me so I would like to use it but it is run by a miser who has no respect for customers and just wants money from them. I hope her staff do not learn her ways. Couldve a sitcom I suppose; Nelly Towers
The Eyelash extensions charging 25 are not done properly. The woman kept gluing my eye lids together and then when she finished I looked in the mirror and they were like the shop bought falsies stuck to the skin. She kept saying they were individual and I protested saying they go on the individual lashes and she said thats called singles. Clearly oblivious what she was doing. Avoid avoid avoid. Fraudulent. I am glad i am not a first timer when it comes to eyelash extensions because a newbie would get ripped off!!
